AmeriLux International is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.

Job Duties | Qualifications :

• Logistics Support : Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization of materials.
• Machinery Operation : Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including but not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws, in a safe and effective manner.
• Custom Crating & Skid Building : Expertly construct custom crates and skids to safely house and transport materials.
• Inventory Management : Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.
• Career Advancement : Train cross functionally to take on new challenges and progress to higher operations roles.
• Operational Excellence : Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Physical Requirements : Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
• Friday- Sunday 3pm-3am
