ABA Therapist / Paraprofessional Needed Dartmouth, MA

Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Dartmouth, Massachusetts to fill a part-time ABA Therapist / Paraprofessional position through the end of the current school year. This position involves working 1 : 1 with a preschool-aged student, providing ABA-based instruction and support under the guidance of the districts BCBA. There is potential for continued employment into the 2025-2026 school year for the right candidate.
Position Details :
Location : Dartmouth, MA
Start Date : ASAP
End Date : End of 2024-2025 school year
Role : 1 : 1 ABA support for a 3-year-old preschool student
Schedule : Part-time hours (to be confirmed with district)
Setting : Onsite only
Supervision : District BCBA will oversee programming and support
Responsibilities :
Deliver direct ABA instruction in a preschool classroom setting
Implement behavior plans and track student progress
Work collaboratively with the classroom team and BCBA
Support the students development across academic, behavioral, and social domains
Requirements :
Paraprofessional experience with a focus on ABA therapy
Prior work with early childhood or preschool-aged students is preferred
Ability to follow direction, take data, and implement individualized support plans
Must meet district hiring requirements and pass background checks
