Resolve major product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.

Assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes and resolutions.

Develop rapport with customers and keep them updated.

Provide detailed documentation of all communications and actions taken.

Develop action plans to resolve and prevent future issues.

Escalate issues proactively and consult with the Legal Department as needed.

Promote teamwork and recommend process improvements.

Train other employees in customer service and act as a Special Person of Contact (SPOC) for escalated calls.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every interaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years of relevant customer service experience.

Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Proven success in problem-solving and achieving customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands :

Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.

Frequently work on projects that require deadlines.

Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds.
