Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables or lounge areas, and contributing to a high standard of quality and service throughout their visit. This position is integral to the overall guest experience, and we look forward to adding dedicated individuals to our dynamic team.

Essential Functions :

• Immediately welcomes all guests by their first and last name, as appropriate.
• Seats guests in a timely manner and provides essential information regarding the outlet.
• Will possess knowledge of all menu offerings, including all specials and / or promotions.
• Sincerely, thank all guests and provide a warm farewell upon exit from the outlet / area.
• Has the ability to oversee communication with service staff regarding any guests' needs.
• Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's, and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company,y and department policies and procedures.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.

Shift Details :

We're ideally looking for coverage Thursday through Sunday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM. That said, flexibility is important - shifts may vary, with start times between 3 : 00 PM and 10 : 00 PM, and wrap-up around 10 : 30 PM

Please note that the schedule may vary based on the business's operational requirements, so flexibility is essential.
