Position Description
As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities :
- Collaborate and mentor inventors and assist with documenting inventions.
- Engage in hands on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
- Contribute to patent portfolio strategies and providing technical and legal research and analysis.
