As part of this work, OFW oversees two critical initiatives : the State Apprenticeship Agency (referred to as Apprenticeship Colorado) and the Digital Equity Literacy and Inclusion Initiative. The SAA promotes and supports Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) in Colorado, has total functional responsibility over statewide operation, procedures, and activities as they relate to RAPs.
