Job description1+ years of customer service experience, preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license. Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards. Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). This position offers an hourly base pay range of $15.00 - $16.00 , with most team members earning between $43,000 - $50,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages. Paid sick and vacation time along with 10 company-paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including a Health Savings Account (HSA). Short-term and long-term disability coverage, plus voluntary life insurance. 401(k) with a competitive match : 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%. The Start Technician (Start Tech) is responsible for providing 5-star customer service to new customers, performing the first pest control application by applying chemicals and other manual solutions to eliminate pests.
Responsibilities :
- Perform initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate, organized records.
- Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer records.
