Karcher Post Acute is seeking an experienced Payroll Staffing Coordinator to join our team at our great place to work. If you have a strong background in payroll and billing, we encourage you to apply.
Pay : $21-27 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring proper shift coverage
- Handle billing duties, including accounts receivable and reconciliation
- Track employee attendance and time-off requests
- Ensure compliance with payroll and staffing regulations
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and schedule adjustments
- Generate payroll and staffing reports for management
