Do you have strong customer service skills and an excellent attention to detail? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Atlas Staffing is searching for an Order Entry Specialist to join a fantastic team with a technology support company in Boise, Idaho.

• This is a temporary position that will last roughly 6 months. There is potential for the role to become permanent, but it's not guaranteed.

Responsibilities :

Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer service experience, internally and externally

Responsible for direct interactions with customers and a variety of company personnel

Accurate and timely processing of supplies sales quote and sales orders

Ensure accurate, valid and complete information while managing customer records and orders in our databases

Accurately identifying and promptly escalating issues

Coordinate delivery of customer supply orders in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring proper allocation of product

Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly, professionally and thoroughly

Effectively utilize company tools to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries

Responsible for taking escalations calls and supply inquiries from company's contact center, and fill in as back-up when needed for that department

Accountability :

Providing exceptional customer experiences

Creating and managing orders and their status, tracking and communication

Creating and maintaining our databases for item records and pricing

Contact center escalations

Requirements :

2 years of customer service experience

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skill

Comfortable working with incomplete information to complete a task

Wage : $16.00 – $18.00 per hour DOE

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
