Overview : MSG is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Brand & Sales Ambassador on behalf of our client. Join our dynamic team and take on the role of representing our client's brand while driving sales and fostering customer engagement. This full-time position offers paid training, weekend availability, and a range of exciting perks and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities : As a Brand & Sales Ambassador, you will :

Learn and execute sales scripts in the field to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Close sales with customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
Adhere to compliance standards and guidelines while engaging with customers and conducting sales activities.
Engage with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Split your time between the office and the field, adapting to a dynamic work environment.
Participate in team nights, national travel opportunities, and networking events with top company performers.
Earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance and enjoy additional perks such as yearly recognition and reward trips, national leadership conferences, and growth opportunities within the company.
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone is valued and respected.

Qualifications :

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

Weekend availability is required to accommodate retail hours and field activities.

Enthusiasm for learning and executing sales strategies to drive results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
