Job Summary :

What part will you play?

• GAF Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Specialist to observe, evaluate, and document the quality of fieldwork practices and drive improvements with management and employees as needed.
• The Regional Quality Specialist will work with internal teams, contractors, and business partners within the GAF Energy network to establish and implement safety and quality standards and best practices related to the deployment and operation of our Timberline Solar roofing system.
• The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with others to problem-solve quality issues within the residential solar and electrical industry. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in working remotely and independently.
• This role will report to the Director of Safety & Quality or the Senior Regional Quality Leader.

Physical Demands And Working Conditions

Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $90,000 - $125,000 and an annual bonus.
