POSITION SUMMARY

Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.

Responds to crisis calls
Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions.
Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission.
Completes prior authorization for services with insurance companies.

EDUCATION : Masters’ Degree in Behavioral Health field.

EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 2 years healthcare experience; experience with crisis management or intake preferred.
