Job descriptionBachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or retail is valuable. Experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment is beneficial. Availability to work 25-35 hours weekly during tax season, with potential for up to 40 hours during peak periods. Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or the Income Tax Course. Experience in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Meeting all IRS and applicable state requirements. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Access to the Employee Assistance Program.
