We are seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As an Event Coordinator you will be responsible for planning and executing virtual and inperson events. Responsibilities :
Coordinate all aspects of event planning including budget management vendor coordination and timeline development
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
Manage event logistics such as venue selection catering and audiovisual requirements
Create and distribute event marketing materials to promote attendance
Monitor and evaluate event success through postevent surveys and data analysis
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Proven experience in event planning and coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
