This position is temp to hire and a Hybrid role with remote work and several days / month in office. Great opportunity to be part of a supportive team! Position entails primarily taking 30+ inbound calls / day, basic computer and typing skills, assisting with basic IT support, answering client questions, reliably working from home and completing 4 weeks of training including modules, hands on and shadowing. Pay Rate : $18.75 / hr Hours : M-F, must be available for any 8 hour shift 7am-7pm after training. Training is normal business hours.
