The Opportunity: You will play a vital role in building the communities of New Mexico, from advanced medical facilities to research centers. How You Will Make an Impact:
Execute high-quality rough and finish carpentry tasks across diverse commercial and federal job sites.
Interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and specification manuals to ensure structural precision.
Construct and install robust concrete forms, door frames, and specialized hardware for large-scale projects.
Measure and assemble materials with extreme accuracy to maintain the company’s high standards for quality.
Collaborate with site supervisors and various trades to synchronize daily construction workflows.
Maintain a pristine and secure work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated commercial construction experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in at least two categories: concrete forming, layout, rough carpentry, or finish carpentry.
Proven ability to read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
Reliable transportation and an absolute willingness to travel to various project sites as assigned.
Strong competency in the safe operation of professional hand and power tools.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
5 years of professional experience in high-stakes commercial or industrial carpentry.
Current OSHA 10 certification or higher.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience working on prevailing wage projects or government facility builds.
