D Aceto Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various departments with their data needs. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data management.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to maintain data integrity.
Coordinate data entry and ensure timely updates across databases and systems.
Develop and maintain data tracking tools and dashboards for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members to identify data-related issues and propose solutions.
Assist in the preparation of data reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Support data analysis initiatives by providing accurate and relevant data.
Document data processes and create training materials for team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in data coordination, data entry, or a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with database management systems is a plus.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
