About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with Acruex Health to find a qualified Medical Assistant in Corvallis, Oregon, 97330!
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00/Hourly.
Summary: A Medical Assistant supports healthcare professionals by performing both clinical and administrative tasks. They help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities while providing basic patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare patients for tests and treatments.
- Collect and handle laboratory samples (blood, urine, etc.).
- Administer basic medications as directed (where permitted).

Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 - year experience Required,
- BLS Certification,
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA),
- Current unencumbered Oregon Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic licensure,
