What You'll Be Doing
Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Manage and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenditures.
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
Primarily based in a quarry setting with exposure to various weather conditions.
Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Involves physical activities such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
Physical Demands of the Job
Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
