PAYRANGE : $20-$22 Hourly
OVERVIEW :
Responsible for janitorial / maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, vehicles, swimming pool, sewer plant, and equipment of the camp and conference center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Grounds Maintenance :
- Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, pruning, ground preparation, fertilizing, spraying, irrigation, seeding and landscaping
- Maintain lawn equipment and maintenance records
- Empty trash cans
- Assist in general maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities
- Maintain work order requests
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Assist in the maintenance of the swimming pool and supplies
