About the Position : As a Customer Service Representative II (CSR II), you will stay on the move, monitoring outdoor spaces with the use of a company vehicle, and brighten peoples day by going out of your way to deliver unexpected service. By providing extraordinary customer service our CSR II staff set themselves apart as key team members.

Accountability

• Assisting customers with locating vehicles, jump starts, and flat tires.
• Patrolling parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
• Conducting lot counts and lifting, positioning, and removing barricades in order to open or close parking areas.
• Directing customers to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
• Replacing broken gate arms.
