We are seeking a self-motivated, responsible, overachiever to sell Brighton Jones's Retirement Plan Advisory Services within an assigned territory. This person will have a proven track record of sales success and will be responsible for individual annual revenue goals in line with company objectives. This experienced sales expert will bring or create a contact list, be ready to dive in immediately and evangelize our compelling service offering.
Your Role
- Develop and implement territory sales plan to meet or exceed annual sales objectives
- Closely manage the sales process from identifying to qualifying to closing within your territory
- Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
- Develop COI relationships inside of the territory
- Collaborate and partner with our Retirement Plan Lead Advisor
- Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external clients
- Continually prospect to refill the pipeline utilizing Sales Force to track activities, updates and reporting
- Prepare and give presentations effectively to external customers across all levels from staff to C-suite executives
- Attend industry and / or relevant targeted prospect events
- Develop, participate and present marketing materials
- Produce and manage accurate forecasts
- Travel throughout territory to meet with prospects
