Working Conditions : Dishwashers often work on their feet, handling dishes and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment. This role involves adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure residents' well-being. While it can be physically demanding, it offers the opportunity to be part of a team that ensures the kitchen runs efficiently and residents enjoy clean, safe meals.

Physical Demands : Dishwashers will need to stand and walk frequently, lift and carry trays and dishware, bend, reach, and perform other physical tasks. This role requires mobility and physical fitness to provide efficient support to the kitchen team.
