Our client, Bloom Energy, a leader in clean energy technology, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of innovative fuel cell modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. "BEJOBS"

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $23-$25/hr + 15% shift differential for PM shift

Shift: Various 12-hour shift schedules available

What's the Job?

• Perform advanced assembly of products according to specifications and instructions

• Select materials from kit carts for standard work

• Inspect completed work using designated equipment to ensure quality standards

• Operate various machines and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalency required

• 1 year manufacturing experience required

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hand tools

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and build cross-functional relationships
