Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities :

Post new job reqs, manage job postings, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews

Onboard new employees, including coordinating background checks, drug screens, references, and scheduling New Hire Orientation

Ensure timecards are received and approved in a timely fashion, make corrections to timecards as necessary

Track information and maintain attendance, referral, and safety incentive programs

Assist with organizing employee events and holiday celebrations

Assist the HR manager with additional projects as necessary

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator :

Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field

2+ years of human resources experience

Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with a timekeeping system or in the manufacturing industry will be highly valued

Location : This role is 100% onsite in Bristol, IN Salary : $40,600 - $48,600 depending on experience
