Position Description We're seeking compassionate, hospital-experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our per diem team. We have opportunities across a variety of acute care specialties, including:

• Patient Care Tech (PCT)

This role is ideal for nurses who want the flexibility to pick up shifts on their own schedule with no minimum hour requirements or mandatory holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care while meeting hospital standards of practice.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in acute care settings.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of PCT experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Additional unit-specific certifications may be required
