Job Title : Light Industrial AssemblerJob DescriptionOur candidates will be working in a temperature-controlled facility on an assembly line. They will rotate through one of five positions to ensure variety and prevent fatigue. The primary focus of this role is maintaining high attention to detail and working at a consistent pace.ResponsibilitiesSeat Cushion Assembly - putting the cushion on the bus seatBack Cushion Assembly - putting the cushion on the back rest of the bus seatVinyl - putting the vinyl covering over the seats and back restAssembly - using hand tools to attach the backs of the seat to the baseBoxing - team lift packing the bus seats to be shipped to customersEssential SkillsManufacturing experienceAbility to stand on feet for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shiftAttention to detailMechanical aptitudeAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with hand toolsExperience working in automotive assemblyWhy Work Here?As a second chance employer, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment. The first shift is from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Thursday. There are no current openings for the second shift or weekend shift. Perfect attendance during the weekend shift is rewarded with an $80 bonus.Pay : $16 / HRJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Westfield, Indiana.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.40Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
