Office Assistant - Tax Firm Details :

Temporary position

Part Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 09 : 00am to 03 : 00pm)

Administrative and clerical support

Answering phones, data entry, document management

Assembling tax returns

Customer service

Office Assistant - Tax Firm Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

High School Diploma
