Education requirements for Warehouse Workers vary depending on the employer, but many positions do not require any formal education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent. However, some employers may prefer candidates with prior experience working in a warehouse or other related field.  
 
Depending on the level of sophistication or specialization of the warehouse, employers may require workers to have completed specialized courses on the storage of items with special requirements (e.g., imported goods, fish, fragile, or volatile items). Such training may also be provided on the job.  
 
Warehouse workers must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. They must also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills are also necessary in this role.
