Human Resources Managers are responsible for overseeing the development, application, and evaluation of HR strategies, programs, and policies. As team leaders, their primary focus is to coordinate and superve all HR department operations, from recruitment, training, and development activities to performance management and labor relations.   
  
HR Managers also collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all HR initiatives align with the company's overall business objectives. These professionals also work closely with the company's executives, building strong partnerships with business leaders to have a thorough understanding of their given obligations and the organization's culture. 
  
To be successful in this role, Human Resources Managers must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities. They must show the resolve it takes to manage a team of HR professionals effectively. The kind that improves current organizational practices by analyzing their team's observations and then making recommendations to increase employees' productivity, ensuring all human resources are being used as efficiently as possible.
