The Legal field is self-descriptive; it comprises all the professionals who work with laws and legal systems. The most common and well-known position in this field is that of a Lawyer. Still, many other professionals are working in this field, including Paralegals, Notaries Public, Law Clerks, and Judges.  
       
These professions share a common interest, which is to serve justice and uphold the law. Legal Clerks are especially important in this respect due to their unique ability to hone in on case laws and tirelessly complete research that will assist Judges with making good judgment calls during the trial.  
   
To better understand their role, it's helpful to consider the professional hierarchy of the law structure. The Notary makes sure that everything is done correctly, while the Paralegals will research the case, and finally, the Lawyer gets things going. Next, we have Judges and Legal Clerks. Judges at the state and federal levels in the United States employ assistants called Legal Clerks to help them manage the paperwork and to shape and articulate the decisions they make on cases that come before their court.  
  
The legal field does have its upsides; it is one of the highest-paid jobs in modern society because it is so important. With their endless ability to investigate applicable laws and the corresponding legal systems while also managing several administrative tasks for their colleagues, a Legal Clerk is a worthy position for anyone aspiring towards a career in law.

At times, this feature requires solid convictions and strong character since other colleagues can make requests of their own, potentially delaying priority projects. Expert multitaskers can and will stay on task, even when faced with this dilemma.
