Job description5+ years of experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant concepts 1+ years of current multi-unit leadership experience, District Manager title is preferred Experience overseeing a minimum of 6 locations Experience leading a team of leaders Experience managing P&L and driving operational and financial excellence Excellent integrity and character Fantastic communication skills and employee engagement Available to consistently travel to locations across the market (95% travel) Open and available at any time, with that ownership mentality Currently living within the market Experience with community involvement

Market spans from Oceanside, Temecula, Perris and Palm Desert, CA.
