Salary: $80,000 – $170,000 OTE (Base $60,000 + uncapped commission)

About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, tech-driven company seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join their high-performance team. This is an inbound-only sales role — no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound leads and convert to sales via phone, text, and email

• Advise customers on options and secure quotes

• Manage accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and coachable mindset

• Stable work history and proven ability to deliver results
