Job descriptionPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (e.g., Engel, Milacron, etc..) and automation equipment (e.g., robotics, conveyors, pick-and-place systems). Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues in production equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary systems including dryers, chillers, mold temperature controllers, and vacuum systems. Support mold changes and setups by ensuring proper alignment and function of mechanical and automated systems. Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

- Requirements :
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.
