What You’ll Do :

Lead and supervise commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion

Coordinate daily job site operations, material delivery, and crew performance

Uphold high safety and quality standards (think above OSHA minimums — we walk the talk)

Train and mentor field staff, ensuring long-term team development

Communicate closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure success on every job

What You Bring :

Deep hands-on roofing knowledge — you’ve been on the roof and understand what it takes to get it done right

Leadership experience running crews and job sites (especially on boutique or specialty commercial projects)

A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your work

Experience with safety programs and crew training is a major plus
