Hematology Physician

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8;On Call Pay Rate : $309.43 - $334.95

This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Clinical hours 8a-5 : 30 pm, plus Call. Call rotation every 4th or 5th week.

Practice Setting : Inpatient / Outpatient / Telehealth

Types of Cases : Trauma level 3, 36-hour patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage per week, Call-Hospital visits Monday-Friday for new consults, Saturday and / or Sunday for rounding only

Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner

Certifications Required : Board Certified, Fellowship Required, Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)

Licensure Required : Indiana State Medical License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure
