What does a successful Senior Business Analyst do at Fiserv

A successful Senior Business Analyst at Fiserv partners with Product Management Product Development and senior leaders to shape product strategy and translate that vision into clear actionable requirements. They build strong crossfunctional relationships independently manage multiple initiatives define required changes and ensure solutions align with business objectives and delivery constraints.

• Operate autonomously balancing and prioritizing business and technology needs to drive outcomes.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence integrity and clear oral and written communication in all interactions.
• Lead and facilitate crossfunctional discussions negotiating between product technology and stakeholders to reach aligned solutions.
• Influence strategic direction while executing tactical product requirements and adapting to changing environments.
• Pursue continuous learning and research applying curiosity and practical insights to improve products and processes.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with leaders and teams across the enterprise to support organizational transformation.
