Job Description

Invasive Cardiovascular Technologists perform diagnostic examinations at the request or direction of an Interventional Cardiologist during invasive cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and / or peripheral vascular study procedures. They collect and record subjective data to help establish correct anatomical and physiological diagnoses for patients. Call commitment is 1 week night and 1 weekend a month.

Certification Required

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Skills Required

Proficiency in invasive cardiology procedures
