Job Responsibilities :

As a Dietary Cook, you will :

Prepare and serve meals according to the planned menu and dietary requirements

Ensure proper portioning and food presentation

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate with dietary aides and nursing staff to accommodate special diets

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas

Follow recipes and meal schedules accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate :

Prior experience as a cook in healthcare, hospitality, or food service

Knowledge of dietary guidelines and safe food handling practices

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
