We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Legal Assistant to help us deliver top-tier service and support to clients and the legal team. This position is based exclusively out of our Mesa, AZ office.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mesa, AZ, with a Monday–Thursday, 4-day workweek. Hybrid / Remote work is not offered at our firm.

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :
Answer and route incoming calls , responding to caller inquiries with professionalism and care, taking detailed messages if neededRequest and track medical records, itemized medical billing, police reports, balance verifications, health insurance liens, and moreOpen claims with insurance companies and request policy documentsBe the firm's Document Specialist; Handle all incoming general email, mail, and fax correspondence and methodically organize, name, upload, and disburse documents to the legal teamSend check payments for the requested invoicesMaintain the organization of electronic client filesProvide overflow support to attorneys and case managers, including requests, scanning, mailing, data entry, and special projectsFollow up on pending requests for demand-ready files to support case resolutionQualifications :
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 1-2 years of legal assistant experience in a personal injury firmExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environmentProfessional and empathetic demeanor, especially when handling sensitive mattersTechnologically proficient—comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems ( Filevine experience is a plus )Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative settingBilingual in SpanishAbout Company

This area of practice stems from the owner watching his father’s own experience trying to recover his life after a debilitating accident.
