Support Staff

Job Title: Overnight Support Staff (Graveyard Shift)

Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: Flexible days | Graveyard shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Overnight Support Staff team member to support our program during graveyard hours. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, organized, and supportive environment for our consumers while assisting staff with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine walk-throughs of the program to ensure consumer safety and confirm whereabouts; promptly debrief any concerns to appropriate staff
• Assist Case Managers and consumers with daily objectives and program needs
• Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages as needed
• File paperwork and assist with initial client file setup
• Replenish and organize blank forms required for program operations
• Maintain weekly office and program inventory and distribution
• Keep all workspaces clean and organized, including offices, storage areas, and donation rooms
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with short notice
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to all tasks, big or small
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor, with sensitivity to the needs of others
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and assist coworkers and consumers in achieving goals
• Valid California Driver’s License and/or California Identification
• Recommended minimum of two (2) years of continuous sobriety if in recovery
• Must be free of alcohol and drugs on a daily basis
• Ability to pass a background check
