W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time)     $67.50

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)

W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs)     $1,800.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem     $1,246.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package     $3,046.00

5x8s with rotating weekends and on-call

Min 2 years exp req

Must be registered in echo(ARDMS with RDCS or RCS) and vascular (RVT or RCS) for adults

Peds experience is a bonus
