Job descriptionProven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in working with high voltage and low voltage systems. Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment. Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices. Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adapting to varying environments and challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
NCW is looking for Journeyman Electricians for a project in Thorndale, TX. Data Center experience is a plus.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
