Responsibilities :
Gallery ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for walk-ins and scheduled gallery appointmentsSchedule in-home consultations for Design ConsultantsMaintain a clean, organized, and inspiring showroom experienceRestock samples, update product displays, and ensure showroom readinessSupport local marketing efforts (events, open houses, etc.) as neededTop of Funnel : Inbound & OutboundRespond promptly to inbound leadsIdentify potential prospects & key stakeholdersCold outreach including LinkedIn, email & phoneSchedule qualification meetingsQualification MeetingConduct qualification meetings to determine cultural & financial alignmentSchedule In-Home Consultations with "sales qualified leads."Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality & campaign effectivenessNurture & Follow UpConduct touch-back calls to Closed / Wash / Loss opportunitiesLead post-installation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedbackMake outbound calls to prior clients (>1 year) to maintain engagement and encourage reactivation

Required Experience : 2 years in a customer service, inside sales or administrative support roleExperience managing a calendar, schedule, or client appointmentsFamiliarity with CRM systems or scheduling toolsStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsDesired Experience : Experience in a showroom, retail, or design-oriented environmentExposure to interior design, home services, or home improvement industryPrior role supporting a sales or service team
