Title of Position – Area Coach
Job Description: As a multi-unit leader, your daily responsibilities and duties include overseeing the operations of multiple locations within your designated territory. This will involve creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability, as well as monitoring key performance indicators to ensure targets are met. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching store managers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to develop initiatives that support company goals. As part of your role, you will conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies across all locations. You may also be required to troubleshoot any operational issues. We have been searching for an Area Coach with value-driven leadership who is prepared to make the choices essential to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· Two years of multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities, including new asset development and rebuilds
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
· Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.
· Understanding of marketing strategies for promoting products or services.
· Familiarity with industry
