ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Business Development Manager partners with Sales to drive revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction within a defined territory or market segment. They apply ATI and technology expertise, along with strong business acumen, to support a consultative selling approach. By increasing customer and sales rep awareness of SITA's solutions, they help strengthen capabilities across key Business Lines : Communications & Infrastructure, Baggage Management, Airport Operations, Passenger Operations, and Border Management.

Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision
In the U.S. (New York), the standard base pay range for this role is $100K - $115K Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
