Job Cost Position Summary

We’re looking for a Job Cost Specialist to join our Accounting team — someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, and enjoys connecting the dots between numbers and real-world projects.

This role bridges Accounting and Operations, providing job cost visibility that helps Project Managers, Estimators, and company leadership make better decisions. It’s hands-on and detail-driven, involving both transactional work and data analysis, with growing opportunities to improve systems and reporting processes as we modernize.

Key Responsibilities

Job Cost & Accounting Support

• Gather, organize, and enter project cost data using Viewpoint Vista, Excel, and TrackVia
• Maintain and reconcile budgets, costs, and job-level reporting accuracy
• Assist with budget vs. actual tracking, cost variance review, and related analyses
• Support the month-end close process with job cost and accrual adjustments
• Compile cost data and documentation for internal reporting and management review
