A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, IAM Control Plane.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build next-generation IAM primitives for secure user access

Develop user-facing permission models and granular access controls

Architect and implement platform features for simplified access management

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software development

Strong engineering quality and experience with resilient, scalable distributed systems

Experience designing, building, and operating backend services

Proficiency in a modern backend language such as Go, Ruby, or Java

Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
