Job descriptionMake 100+ cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while being rewarded for exceeding metrics such as outbound calls, loads moved and automation targets Resolve service failures in an industry where chaos is bound to occur Clear career path tied directly to exceeding metrics and performance goals In this highly performance-based role, you'll be rewarded with the ability to earn uncapped commission potential in addition to a competitive compensation Award-winning company culture with unique perks including business resource groups, executive networking, office culture events and "Thank You" lunch provided on Fridays Mentor Program through your first 90-days who will assist with your learning and development Comprehensive Paid Training Program : No experience in the industry? - Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We want people eager for results!
