About the Role We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, coming to Newbury St in August 2025.
We are seeking dynamic part-time beauty enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.
This role also requires a deep passion for customer service and beauty.
You will conduct makeup applications, perform skincare analyses, and recommend products based on each client’s beauty goals.
A genuine empathy and respect for all customers is essential, as is the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment during every appointment.
Staying current on beauty trends, skincare innovations, and product knowledge is key to building authentic, long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty.
They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adeptly balancing multiple priorities and consistently putting the customer first.
Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties.
As part of the Leap platform, this individual will have the unique opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.
Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
